Oxford Properties puts four malls up for sale

Oxford Properties Group Inc has put four of its shopping malls in Canada on the auction block, including Northlan Village Shoppes mall in Calgary, Spall Plaza mall in Kelowna, British Columbia, Village Green mall in Vernon, British Columbia, and Rutherford Mall in Nanaimo, British Columbia. The sale of the malls, which are worth over C$100 million, is part of the company's on-going effort to shed its non-core holdings and replace them with more attractive assets.
