Circular concerning the publication and distribution of the Plan for Reforming the Sharing of Income Tax Revenues
Article Abstract:
The State Council has decided to implement a reform of the sharing of income tax revenues in order to promote the sound development of the socialist market economy and set up a rational distribution mechanism. The 'Plan for Reforming the Sharing of Revenues from Income Taxes' is issued that must be implemented conscientiously.
