From nations to networks
Article Abstract:
The Information Age promises to effect sweeping and radical changes on most aspects of society. When it arrives, it is predicted that half of the world's population, maybe more, will be enjoying access to the Internet. The cyberspace is also seen to be able to supply almost every demand for goods or information. Seamless communication between and among nations is seen to result from the proliferation of electronic networks.
