Provisional regulations for the management of laboratories researching the virus of contagious atypical pneumonia (May 6, 2003)

Article Abstract:

Provisional regulations are formulated to ensure safety, prevent pollution of the environment and infection of persons who conduct experiments in laboratories for the treatment of contagious atypical pneumonia. These regulations exercise graded management over three types of laboratories, those engaged in the research of virus of atypical pneumonia, laboratories that do research on small animals infected with the disease, and laboratories that carry out research on infected large animals.

An examination of the condemnation of the great Cultural Revolution

Article Abstract:

China's intellectuals were criticized and often were entrapped as objects of punishment and the Cultural Revolution was the apotheosis of this trend in the political movements of the past that have taken place since 1949. Hence, after the Cultural Revolution was over, the rehabilitation of intellectuals became an important part of the program to condemn the Cultural Revolution.
