Article Abstract:
A United Nations Commission of Inquiry into illegal weapons sales to Rwanda has uncovered a number of sources. There are many different deals, which sometimes involve an extensive network of suppliers and other goods, and the former Rwandan government has been prepared to go to almost any lengths in order to rearm. Weapons have continued to be sold to the Rwandan government in exile even after the imposition of an international embargo on these sales.
