Professor Michael Kitson
Article Abstract:
Art historian Michael Kitson studied English at King's College, Cambridge, England, and then studied at the Courtauld Institute and the Slade School of Art. His first teaching appointment was at the Slade under the professorship of William Coldstream. He was a Lecturer and Reader at the Courtauld Institute from 1955 to 1978 and Professor from 1978 until he retired in 1985. He then became Adjunct Professor at Yale University and Director of Studies at the Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art in London, England.

Terence Hodgkinson
Article Abstract:
Art historian and museum director Terence Hodgkinson read PPE at Madgalen College, Oxford, England. He catalogued the prints in the Pepysian Library at Cambridge, England, and also worked in the Fitzwilliam Museum. He served in military intelligence during the second world war, and subsequently became an Assistant Keeper in the Dept of Architecture and Sculpture at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, England. He was effectively running the museum from the early 1950s.
