Sorry, your son is dead. No he isn't. Yes he is ..
Article Abstract:
Mrs Christine Mangat launched an organisation called Roadpeace which campaigns for attention to the numbers of road accidents, after a bad experience of police behaviour over the death of her son Jonathan. There was confusion over the facts and doubt of the identity of the body. The police did not keep her informed about developments. Essex police have a policy of sensitive handling for parents of child road accident victims. Mrs Mangat and assistant chief constable of Essex Police Geoffrey Markham sit on the Home Office-supported Road Deaths Working Party.

Signals could be key to cause of fatal collision
Article Abstract:
It remains unclear why a high speed train (HST) collided with a freight train near Southall station in London, England, leading to the worst rail accident in the UK since the late 1980s. It is possible that the HST driver ignored a signal not to proceed, but Railtrack has not been prepared to speculate about the cause of the crash. Some observers believe that the crash could have been avoided if the railways had installed automatic train protection systems.

The low country on wheels
Article Abstract:
The Netherlands is an ideal country in which to take a cycling holiday, as it is very flat there. It is even feasible to take children on such a holiday, as they will generally cope well with the physical exertion required. It is possible to stay in two- or three-star hotels, rather than using youth hostels or campsites, which are traditionally associated with this sort of holiday.
