To be a woman
Article Abstract:
Actress Anna Massey has for some time been playing severe elderly women. She is in fact far more attractive than her roles suggest, but she has become associated with these roles because she gives such convincing performances. In real life, she appears quiet and conventional, but has a rich, powerful voice. Her latest role is that of Queen Elizabeth I in Jeremy Sam's version of Schiller's 'Mary Stuart.'
