Who will atone for this turbulent priest?
Article Abstract:
The Church of England has been quick to condemn the Rev Christopher Brain personally for his sexual activities, which are believed to have caused great trauma for some of his female followers, but does not seem to be taking the cult practices with which Rev Brain was involved very seriously. Indeed, it has welcomed his evangelical approach, stating that he helped many people. It has failed to acknowledge that a number of the practices involved are those which are traditionally associated with cults.

Cheap, small, and perfectly formed
Article Abstract:
Publishing house Penguin has been extremely successful with its new Penguin 60s series of 60 titles which it is selling at 60p a copy to mark its 60th anniversary. These titles are already dominating the General Paperback bestseller list, and only extremely popular authors such as Maeve Binchy are able to compete. These books represent an innovation in publishing in terms of price, and may come to represent a new tier in the industry.
