Avian Odyssey: safeguarding Canada's migratory birds abroad
Article Abstract:
Canada Nature Federation (CNF) reaches beyond its borders to protect birds that come to Canada's insect rich woods after flying for over hundred hours. The CNF has been working with its BirdLife International partners in Panama, Paraguay and Mexico to help protect the winter habitat of the birds that migrate between winter and summer homes along North America's Atlantic, Central and Pacific flyways.
