The mystery of the Voynich Manuscript

Wilfrid Voynich, an American rare book dealer, in 1912, had written an unusual script that contained no message all and the manuscript may simply be an elaborate hoax. New analysis has shown that a 16th century coding tool could produce meaningless text has most of the complex feature of the Voynich script.

The mystery of lambic beer

What is considered the oldest known brewing process still in existence is used in Belgium today to create lambic beer. Brewers expose their brew to the air and let it be exposed to wind-borne yeasts for spontaneous fermentation. How the process works is described.
