World-Wide-Web technology in support of negotiation and communication
Article Abstract:
Constantly emerging World Wide Web applications have partly been responsible for the widespread adoption of the Internet as a communication medium and this is illustrated in the dramatically increasing number of electronic business transactions. However, an important area of Internet commerce pertaining to the negotiation of business contracts and the resolution of disputes has remained relatively undeveloped. Mainstream use of a multitude of Internet technologies in dispute resolution, business communications and especially contract negotiations will likely occur perhaps around 2003.

Time of flight
Article Abstract:
Heathrow Airport has a new flight information system called Aircraft Data Administration Manager (ADAM) which has improved the airport's ability to handle 1,200 daily flight departures and arrivals.
