Nonpharmacological harm-reduction interventions in British substance-misuse services
Article Abstract:
A survey was conducted using a sample of agencies listed in the directories of substance-abuse services in England, Wales and Scotland, to evaluate the acceptability and availability of nonpharmacological harm-reduction interventions in British substance misuse services. The options were acceptable to the majority of the responding agencies but only harm-reduction education and alternative therapies were available with these agencies.
