Temptation, restriction, and alcohol consumption among American and German college students
Article Abstract:
This article examines the effects of alcohol temptation and restriction on alcohol consumption among German and American college students. Findings indicate that scoring high on temptation measures was associated with increased consumption across groups while high restriction scores in Americans and low restriction scores in Germans were associated with increased consumption.
