Readiness for mental health treatment and for changing alcohol use in patients with comorbid psychiatric and alcohol disorders: Are they congruent?
Article Abstract:
The readiness for mental health treatment of patients with comorbid psychiatric and alcohol disorders who may be ready to change one behavior to the other is discussed. Confirmatory factor analysis suggests that separate levels of patient motivation exist for mental health treatment and changing alcohol use.
