Slicing up the moon
Article Abstract:
Canada, Denmark, Russia, Norway and the U.S. have been claiming territories in the Arctic, mainly due to the oil which is available in the area. This battle for dominance is also happening in the Moon, where Russia, Japan, the U.S. and China are planning to set base. Their various plans and actions for territorial dominance are discussed.

Robert Bigelow's Bigelow Aerospace is planning to launch an inflatable space station which has a variety of uses from space tourism to providing a location for space experiments. Bigelow expects the price for a month in space to cost a mere $12 million which includes transportation and training.
