Korean bioethicists call for inquiry into stem-cell work
Article Abstract:
The cloning experiment of a human somatic cell by Woo Suk Hwang from Seoul National University and colleagues has raised many ethical questions. The bioethicists have called for an inquiry into the cloning work of the South Korean research team that is backed up by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Hanyang University Hospital in Seoul, which approved the experiment.
