Article Abstract:
Lockheed Martin Services, Inc., Las Vegas, Nev., is being awarded a $21,904,065 multiple award, cost-plus-award-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, task order contract to provide combat environment simulation engineering services to support DoD test and training ranges. Work will be performed in Las Vegas, Nev., and at government installations around the world, and is expected to be completed January 2004. Contract funds in the amount of $10,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the internet with five offers received. Award was made to three contractors and these contractors compete for each task order under the terms and conditions of the contract. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, Calif., is the contracting activity (N68936-99-D-0030).
