A recruitment consultant specialising in the education sector argues that the growth of headhunting in the higher education sector will not be destablising and will help make universities more successful and competitive. It is contended that dealing with headhunters will make universities more aware of what their institution offers and the value of what they are offering, as well as making the system as a whole more fluid.

Colleges may be liable over degree cheats
Article Abstract:
Questions are raised whether it is possible for employers of unsatisfactory recruits to sue universities for conferring degrees on them. Experts believe that universities allowing widespread cheating in exams for the sake of higher pass percentages of students may well face such a situation in future.
