Spell print macro for WPWin 6.1
Article Abstract:
WordPerfect for Windows 6.1 users who sometimes forget to run the word processor's spelling checker before printing documents may wish to create a macro to enforce the procedure. The spell print macro is 18 lines long and should be typed into a Template Macro then saved. The next step is to create a button on the toolbar that activates the macro, which will check spelling before printing the document. Even after the macro and the button have been created, choosing print from the pull-down menu could cause an unchecked document to print. Therefore, the last step is to use the menu bar editor to replace the standard print command with a spell print macro alias. After these steps have been taken it is virtually impossible to print a document without first running the spell checker.

Amicus Attorney: a PIM for attorneys
Article Abstract:
Gavel and Gown Software's $399 Amicus Attorney personal information management system (PIM) is specifically designed for lawyers and is a great way for attorneys to organize their practices. The program comes with six modules including Files, Contracts, Time Sheets, Calendar, Timer and Phone, and all are accessible from the Amicus toolbar. The program is easy to use and the integration between the modules is impressive. One of the drawbacks to the program is the inability to print Phone Call information while the dialog box is displayed. Besides these quirks, though, the program is extremely helpful in organizing a practice.
