Making the right connections
Article Abstract:
There are currently mixed views on the impact of the Channel Tunnel on the property market in the county of Kent. Some observers feel that Kent is now enjoying an enhanced status as a distribution location, while others feel that the Channel Tunnel has had little real impact at all. Take-up of distribution space has been low recently, indicating that distributors are not particularly keen to establish operations in Kent.
